FIRST DAY : We will begin the tour picking you up from your hotel heading for Apurimac River at 8:30 a.m., it takes 1 hour to get there. In the rote we will cross many communities and then we will arrive to Urcos Lagoon which is going to be the campsite. We will give some advices about the safety that you must know, in the afternoon we will head for the river taking a bus; it takes 1 hour to get there. We will arrive to the river where the adventure will start. This is the first section, we will run class II and II rapids, we will be on the water for 2h30 to 3h and then we are returning to the campsite. We will have dinner between 19h00 / 19h30, the we will have a talk about what we are going to do the next day.

SECOND DAY : In the morning at 7:30 a.m. we will have breakfast, then we are leaving at 9:30. It takes 1h30 to get there. Now, the last day of the tour, we will run Class II and III+ rapids (May through December) Class III, IV (in mid of December through April), we will have a portage (non-navigable rapid) that is normally walked, in the afternoon we are returning to Cusco. It takes 2h to get there. We will be between 16h00 / 17h at Cusco.

 It includes :Meals 2B / 3L / 2D, boat, guide, a security kayak, loading boat, life jacket class V, neoprene suit, helmet, paddle, wind jackets and the camping equipment.

Not included : Sleeping bag, mattresses, flashlight.

Useful advices: Clothing, t-shirts, light pants, a fleece, thermic clothing, swim suit, sandals, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc and repellent for the insects.          

Safety: For every two kayaks there will be a security boat and a loading boat. All the guides we have are certificated by the Swiftwater and IRIA (a special course for rafting guides).
